Seeking German ancestor information

(Please forgive my lack of German language capability.) My grandmother’s origin has been difficult for me to research. The one clue I have is that the birth certificate of her son stated that his mother (my grandmother) was born in Cockshun (Prussia). It has been suggested that it is probably a misspelling of Kakschen in East Prussia. I would appreciate any help you can give me in finding a birth record for her - or any other information. Here is the information I have - which is incomplete, sadly.
Name: Ada Lehmann
Birth date: 1884?
Father: Baruch Lehmann (his first name might also have been Berel, Benjamin, or Barnet?)
Mother: Yetta (?) Schlochetsky?
Religion: Jewish

Nur Info - nicht im Zusammenhang mit der ursprünglichen Anfrage von Sandyk -
da ich die Kirchenbücher nicht kenne, die hier für sie gesucht werden. -
Ich möchte nur anmerken:
So wie in evangelischen Kirchenbüchern Katholiken - und in katholischen Kirchenbüchern
Evangelische zu finden sind - so findet man jedoch auch hin und wieder
Menschen jüdischen Glaubens - die mit Evangelischen verheiratet waren -
oder auch jüdische Kinder von beiderseits jüdischen Vorfahren, die christlich getauft wurden und dann
bei der Taufe andere "christliche" Vor- und Nachnamen bekamen.

Diese Beispiele stammen
aus der Zeit vor 1900.

Just to respond to a couple of the comments: yes, I was aware that this is a portal to Protestant churches, but someone pointed me to this site - and I'm willing to try anything!
