Marriage annotation on a baptism?

Bayern: Landeskirchliches Archiv der Evang.-Luth. Kirche > Dekanat Erlangen > Eschenau (Dek. Erlangen) > Taufen 1836-1864, Bild 71

Does the annotation written across the columns concern notice of a Catholic marriage? Thanks for any advice.

My translation, with questions as ...
#26 | Conrad Endress [uneheliche?] \ 1st child | Johann Härtl | Katholische [...] | from Donaustauf ... 5 Nov 1851 [or 1855?] | Margaretha Endress | single daughter ... resident Joh. Friedr. How to create one is described in Help of this forum and is available in English as well.

No, this is the birth/baptism of an illegitimate (unehelich) child whose father was of Roman Catholic religious belief.

born: 21 Sept 1851
baptized: 28 Sept 1851

The annotation reads:
lt. landgerichtl. Notiz vom 3. Nov. 1855 alimentationspflichtig

according to a County Court notice, dated 3 Nov 1855, (the child's father) has the obligation to pay alimony

BG, Vera

Thank you for clarification of that annotation. My translation concerning the baptism itself was accurate!
