Quite nervous posting now but I think the following:
Nr. 10 is the death of a Johann Conrad Matthes on 9th May, 1753, Burgher and Baker aged 70 years, 3 months and 1 day.
Nr. 11 is the death of a Georg Friedrich Matthes on 26th May, Burgher and Baker, aged 38, 2 months and 24 days.

Please confirm correct and any other info. Thank you Karen.

No: 11 is not(!) for Georg Friedrich, but instead for

Joh[ann] Friedrich

Please compare the characters of the first given name with those of the first given name of no. 10.
For no. 10 you had it right.

For no. 10 I agree with user722 that the name is Johann Wendel Mattes, not Conrad
