Sollten Sie bereits einen aktiven Pass haben und eingeloggt sein und trotzdem nicht an die Bücher kommen, sollten Sie sich am besten direkt an Archion wenden über das Kontaktformular (gaaaanz unten auf den Seiten) oder direkt per Mail.

If you have an active "Pass" already and are logged in and still can't get to the books, you should contact Archion directly via the contact form (at the very bottom of the pages) or directly by mail.
