Can someone explain to me how to interpret this? I see the children of Johann Becht III with his wife Dorothea Volz. Then I see two illegitimate children with Katharina Eisabeth and Katharina Marie Walther. Can I assume that Johann Becht III is the father, or do you just live in the household with him?

No, the church book entry for the baptism in 1867 does not give any information about the father (https://www.archion.de/p/ea7a8138a1/), the baptism in 1877 is not online at archion.
The family Walther is on page 108 which was full by then, so the pastor had to use another page to write down this information. Why the pastor didn't use the page 109 is not known. But you cannot assume that there's link between the Becht family and the illegitimate children of the Walther girls.
