Download limit

I had the 20 day Kontingent subscription, and used up my download limit of 50

I bought the 1 year subscription with 600 downloads so I could continue downloading

But since the system wants to use up the rest of my 20-day Kontingent, it is still the active one and I can’t download

Can an admin maybe bump up my downloads on the Kontingent subscription to 25 or 50, and deduct the same from my quota on the year subscription, or some kind of workaround like this?

You cannot have 2 paid Passes / subscriptions simultaneously in parallel.
