Upr oder Uffer Heide

Can anyone explain the difference between these names ? Uffer Heide or Upr Heide. See them in several names in Wagenfeld.

Example: Johann Ahrend Upr Heide born 1708 /16 in Wagenfeld with the surname Upr Heide. At his confirmation 1723 Upr Heide At his wedding 9 Oct. 1741 Upr Heide At his funeral 1794 Ufferheide

There is actual no difference at all between these names.

What you see are simple spelling and dialectical differences.

Regardless whether you say

uffer / uf der

or

upr / upper

both translate to today's German as: Auf der / Aufder

...in addition:
