I have been looking for records in Obermoschel for MARIA MARGARETHA SCHRICK(ER). I found the attached in the right town and the right time frame. Can anyone please help with a translation? I thought her father's name was Anton (but I can't decipher that in this link) and I don't know anything about her mother. Thank you for any help.

Here is a rough translation of the gist of it, unfortunately I have no idea what the Abbreviation in place of the father's first name could mean.

Den 18ten May hat ?? Schrik zu Alsentz eine junge Tohter
tauffen lassen, Tauffzeugen waren Johann Peter Steg Hoff(?)metzger
zu Greweiler und Maria Margretha Strobelin hire (?)
Nomen Maria Margretha dedit 13 (alb??)

The 18th of May ?? Schrik in Alsentz* had a young daughter baptized, witnesses were Johann Peter Steg court(?) butcher at Greweiler** and Maria Margretha Strobelin here(?)
Name Maria Margretha gave 13 (of a currency)

I think the translation is correct apart from the name I would read as Schick as it is rather common there.

Greweiler could also mean Waldgrehweiler, but a court where he could work as a butcher only existed in Gaugrehweiler.
hinc indeed means "here" in Latin.
1 Albus = 8 Pfennige (pennies), a common currency at that time and place.
H. is short for "Herr" and it was a title for someone in an official position.

In looking through a few decades of entries, I didn't come across any other Schrick/Schick names so I am hoping this is the person I am searching for.

I found a marriage for Johann Anthon Schrik (?) to Johanna Margaretha Luker ?? I am not sure of her surname.

Also, can someone tell me the words between the bride and groom names?

I`m not sure about his name but I think it should be Schick/Schieck/Schiek. It looks like Scheik but that`s a rather uncommon name whereas Schiek can still be found in the region. The i-dot could be placed wrong as in many other cases. There`s definitely no "r" in his name.
Besides: he came from Wendelsheim as can be seen in the marriage record for Johann Anthon Schiek. I found several entries where he`s mentioned, so look further! Here`s one (rather clearly written) entry:

Notice the places where the i-dots are, mostly above the next letter, so I would again suggest Schieck!

Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Because you translated "Wendelsheim" for me, I found the attached birth record for a Johann Anthony Schieck (?) in the correct time frame. (I'm a little nervous because you stated it is a common surname).

Does the surname of his father here, Johann Adam, still look like "Schieck?"

Can anyone tell me what it says under the name of the father, Johann Adam?
