May I please get some help in reading #42 marriage, Zempelburg parish, Kreis Flatow?

Junggeselle/bachelor Peter Konitzer (???)
son of deceased (Bauer?) Peter Conitzer of Plötzig
and Jungfrau/maiden Louise Zielke (???), 3rd daughter
of deceased Schmidt Matthias Zielke.

Am I close on my reading? Can anyone fill in the blanks? I hope I correctly inserted the Permalink to the page. This is my first post!

Junggeselle/bachelor Peter Konitzer hirselbst, einziger ehelicher (in person, only legitimate)
son of deceased Bauer Peter Conitzer of Plötzig
and Jungfrau/maiden Louise Zielke hirselbst (in person), 3rd eheliche (legitimate) daughter
of deceased Schmidt Matthias Zielke.
