I am seeking help with two items on this death record for Maria Regina Weber.

1. Is it stating that the deceased (Maria Regina) has been a widow since 14 MAR 1803? Her husband is my 5th great-grandfather and I have no information on his birth, death or parents.

2. Her parents are listed as Johann Christoph Grow and ?? Maria Sophia ??. Is her surname "Reichard" "Rinhard"?
