Reading Aid Appreciated

Marriage #50 for Otto Frederick Hilmer and Maria Bokelman permalink attached. I can make out some of the record (names for instance) BUT it looks very interesting regarding the military and history aspect. If anyone can help me with a translation to make sure I have it right, I'd really appreciate it.
