So go to

and enter that(!) exact(!) word in the search field
„Enter place name“
and click on
„search churchbooks“
This will provide a list of 389 Familienregister / english: Familiy registers
for all over Germany to you.

(which is one possible equivalent for „Familienregister“)
into the search field, you get another 116 hits.
In general „family registers“ do only exist and are therefore only available for a really minor number of church books being online available at Archion.
