I understand most of this, but what does the last half starting with Christoff Charles and (Graffen?) Otto mean? Graffen is a noble title, like “count”?
 
The counts are only(!!) mentioned in this record because the bride‘s father, Jacob Meßner, was their employee.

As the text tells:

Jabob Meßner ….was their…. Rath und
Cämmerer

councillor / councilman and treasurer

Please explicitly note: there is no(!) family relationship between the bride‘s family and the Counts.
