I think the following two records are for the same Joachim Siebke: 1. His marriage to his second wife, Margaretha and 2. His death showing a first wife Dorothea, their children, and second wife, Margaretha, and a child:

Apparently in Joachim’s death record the pastor didn’t know the exact name - he first wrote ‘von Reyth’, and then crossed out the last 2 letters
