Lesehilfen - Marriage of Adelarius Heumann

In the marriage of Adelarius Heumann to Justine Katherine Johannette Renddorf, I would like to know if the record indicates that her father is still alive at the time of the marriage. Her mother is listed as well, though she died in 1806. Justine's records indicate her father died in Frankenberg but I have been unable to find his death records and would like to narrow the time frame in which I am researching. Kind regards, Rhonda

Jeanette Rendorf, eheliche Toch-
ter des verstorbenen Karl An-
ton Rendorf, Bürgers und

berg in Churhessen und der ver-
storb. Christine, geb. Koch.
Geb. in Frankenberg den 12. Nov. 1799.

So yes, father and mother were both dead at the time of the wedding.

The bride's parents are given, even if they are deceased, to indicate the bride's parentage.

To find the father's death record, you would have to look in the period (Feb. 1799) 9 months before the bride's birth (Nov. 12, 1799) to the bride's wedding (Jun. 18, 1835), because the father could have died before the bride's birth until shortly before the wedding.

Thank you both for your replies. I can't say how much I appreciate the volunteer translating and hints provided by this forum.
Regards Rhonda
