Johann Christoph Lyerly 1710-1786, Duchy of Wurtemmberg, Near Lake Constance

Good Evening,
I am having a tough time finding the exact Parish that Johann Christoph Lyerly was baptized. We believe his father was Daniel Solomon Larhle/Lierly/Lyerly born in 1681 with the same description. Johann Christoph Lyerly migrated to Pennsylvania in 1753/54 on the Richard and Mary. According to ChatGPT, the Duchy of Wurtemberg did not touch Lake Constance until 1808. My goal is to take my 82 yr old mother to the village where her family hails from, but I am finding it challenging finding the exact area. Does anyone have some historical guidance, possibly found his babtism, or other lyrey family? Additionally, on the Richard and Mary manifest, Johan Christoph distinctly marked Duchy of Wurtemmberg, near Lake Constance if that helps. Thank you so much for the help.

I was looking for Cowes...but It seems it was a translation challenge in 1754

The translation is correct. It refers to Cowes, a port on the Isle of Wight. Before crossing the Atlantic, emigrant ships from Rotterdam had to call at an English port as a checkpoint.
