Initial "comment"....

Did you notice the gap within the baptims of Feilbingert between 1702 and the end of 1711?

As this table shows --> baptisms end in January 1701 and only start again end 1711 / beginning 1712....

AND this is a Lutheran church book,.........

.... needless to indicate that her father's former place of residence as provided in her marriage may be inaccurate.

I did not notice the gap, thanks. This would be one possibility - that the stated age at death is a bit off and she was actually born before 1712. But after 1701. And in this case, I guess the answer is that there is no record.

You end by saying it is a Lutheran book. Is the Fürfeld book a Reformed Church book? I know her death record mentions her being of Reformed faith. How can I tell which book is of which church, since the rubric is just "Zentralarchiv der Evangelischen Kirche der Pfalz"?

I am afraid, but no. ;)

i.e. see here and note the "info box" on the right, with besides other information also provides the denomination

Another aspect:
Her father's former place of residence as provided upon her marriage is not necessarily equal with her place of birth, right?

Absolutely right. Especially as a tenant farmer, who knows.
In the meantime, I will do a little research in neighboring village books, before I give up on finding her birth record.

So, there is no info box next to the Fürfeld book -- no way to know if it is Reformed or Lutheran, then? Does the title page give a clue?

Interestingly, in the www.familysearch.org site, someone else has created a record for Anna Maria Dornbach, showing her birth as "13 January 1715 Bingert, Feilbingert, Bad Kreuznach, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany" -- but with no source or attribution. I will write to this person, as well.

Thanks.

Well, such info box can only exist, if the archive holding the church book provides these data.

No, the title page only says "Kirchenbuch...."

Yes, I'd also noticed that other information / family record which is also present here:
