I read "Gerolsheim" below „widow of…“

and the following at the end of the line:

„Ist in Annweiler bei ihren Kindern verstorben u. wird auf eigenen Wunsch hier beerdigt.“

Hi Gilles, the note at the end of the line translates: died at her childerns place in Annweiler and it was her wish to be buried there.
