Seeking help with the entry for Johannes Ecker (father is Johann Wilhelm Ecker and mother is Anna Maria). Is 12 August the birth date or the baptism date?

I can read the names of the godparents but I can not read what it says after each name:

Johannes Ecker - ???.

Maybe he is the son of Adam Ecker?

And I see the name Christina Ecker, ???

12 August is the baptismal date ("Johann Wilhelm Ecker and Anna Maria let their son Johannes be baptised on 12 August").

The godparents are Johannes Ecker, son of the Synodschöpfe (church elder) Adam Ecker of Oberbieber, and Christina Ecker from Wollendorf

Full transcription in German: "Johann Wilhelm Ecker und Anna Maria liessen am 12 August ihr Söhngen Johannes taufen. Johannes Ecker des synodschöpfen Adam Ecker von Oberbieber Sohn, und Christina Ecker von Wollendorf waren gevatter"
