If I wish to locate where my ancestors of the late 1700's through to their departure in 1855 to Australia lived etc. in Tucheim and Paplitz, is there someone here who could direct me into the right direction of where to visit to locate such records. Or even better still, know if there is anyway I could be put in contact with of any ancestors who may still be in the region. If this is permissable to ask this.

Maria Dorothea Geue https://www.archion.de/p/d483d35e7a/. Would you mind translating this one please. If I am reading this correctly Maria Dorothea was born to Katherine but no father noted. There is a family history book on the Wedding/Geue family and all records note her to be born 24 Mar 1822 in Tucheim. This also mentions daughter of Johann and Dorothea (Jenrick). Maria has also been given a 2nd middle name Friedericke. However there is only one birth in March 1822 of a Maria Dorothea and that is as mentioned. It appears this Maria is most likely a cousin of my line. Ros
