Someone helped me with the translation for the heirs, but I am having a question about 2 of the locations. I can't find on Meyers gazetteer. Any ideas?
And in your opinion, since wife not mentioned and 2 children are under age, she is deceased? Thanks.

Also ich halte nichts von meyersgaz, weil es nur den Stand von 1912 widerspiegelt, Du suchst aber 100 Jahre früher. Die Schreibweise von Ortsnamen hat sich geändert. Dann doch lieber Ortslexika prüfen. Für Westpreußen ist westpreussen.de eigentlich unverzichtbar (ich hatte schon mal drauf hingewiesen). Stefan-Rückling - yes I had forgotten about about Meyers being from 1912. Good to know that westpreussen.de has a directory. I will check it out. In seminars teaching about German records and resources, they do not talk enough about West Prussia resources like westpreussen.de. Thanks for your help.
