For entry 71, Anna Bertha,

I understand this is the baptism of an child born before the mother was married. Does it list a father? Was the child given the mothers last name?

No, the father is not named. Right after the date of birth, it says V ?, V being the abbreviation for Vater, so I assume this means the father is not known. The child would have been given the mother's last name.
