Can you help me read this marriage record?

This is the marriage of Ulrich Kölbel and Kunigunda Ordmaÿer from 1720 in Alfeld, Bayern. I can read most of it, but some words are a struggle for me. Thank you for any help you can give.

Thank you again, Curiosita! I think I found the Claren Mühle on the map of the Meyer's Gazeteer online.
On the map, it is called the Clara Mühle. It is between Thalheim and Alfeld on the Alfelder Bach.

I'm very grateful for your help. It makes my genealogy much more interesting to have these small bits of information about the people, rather than just their names and dates.
