Can I upload to FamilySearch and Ancestry?

In order to make permitted use of Archion „material“ it is strictly required that we’re talking about official downloads (no screenshots or the like)!

Say downloads as part of a paid subscription.

Other than that please see Archion > Help > Research

> How do I quote from Archion?

Hope that helps.

I have paid for a one-month subscription. I have downloaded several pages with baptisms that include my ancestors. May I assume these are "official downloads" and therefore I may freely attach them to my public tree at Ancestry.com and/or my ancestor records at FamilySearch?

Yes.
Please also use the correct citation as already out-lined above.

Rights of use are also addressed in the Terms & Conditions here

9.3.5. Individual items of Digital Content which the User downloads with the help of the integrated download function are not subject to any usage restrictions imposed by the Provider. [Provider = Archion]

I have my doubts that you can upload anything to Ancestry. As already mentioned, Archion is not the right contact for this anyway. It's better to ask Compgen if you have something for Ancestry.
If you want to upload something to FamilySearch, it depends. You can, of course, upload something for your own family tree. There is a section specifically for this purpose. You can upload images of church records and link them to your ancestors.
However, if you want to upload entire books, this is not possible. In this case, contact Familysearch, who will gladly accept such items and then take care of the necessary permissions from the owners. They will upload it, but ultimately it is the owner who decides who can view it. And the only chance Familysearch has of obtaining such data is to adhere to the agreements with the owners of the books.

Ja, sorry, da hab ich was falsch verstanden.
