Martin__ Tobias Heckels, Hüffeners in Meelsd[orf] Söhnlein.

I think this means or could be understood as:
Martin, little son of Tobias Heckel, farmer in Mehlsdorf, died 29th Aug., and was was buried 30th Aug., in absence of his father (or both of his parents).
