I think the surname in the register of 1767 reads "Colle".
But this is different to the register of 1768.

"Herrmann Rudolph Rolfs(?) genannt Colle ..."

"Herrmann Rudolph Rolfs(?) called Colle ..."

Other suggestions?

Thanks!!!! You solved it! I had ruled out C because it isn't like the old writing. But I confirmed that Colle is correct because it is spelled Kolle in the index. Thanks so much--I couldn't even find it in the index before.
