I am unable to find the baptism record for Anna Elizabeth Kellner. According to her wedding record she was born on June 6th, 1831 in Sontra. Her wedding record is here: https://www.archion.de/p/da417a5f4b/ Is there a reason why she might not have a baptism record?

No, there isn't.
When you look into the details and cross-check her 1877 death record in Sontra (exact dates are also provided in her marriage record which you quoted above), you'll find that her actual place of birth is NOT Sontra, but instead Stadthosbach.
