If you have access to familysearch.org, see "Ansässigmachungs- und Verehelichungsakten" of Bezirksamt Fürth:

In short:

Paulus Eberlein is living in Weinzierlein, and the only son of farmer Johann Peter Eberlein. Together with his father, his fiancée and her father (butcher Leonhard Wiesmüller of Großhabersdorf) he shows up in front of the local/district authorities, 17th January 1835, in order to apply for permission for marriage and residence. Therefore, he and Magdalena have to provide several certificates (e.g. military service, school, Sunday school, vaccination, good character/reputation). He will be the future owner of the property; the bride brings in a certain fortune which has been settled in a private contract with consent of their parents.

The protocol reads as follows:
...
"Meine Ältern haben mir heute
ihr Gut N[ummer] 20 u[nd] 21 dahier
wovon nur (?) 1000 fl. als Heu-
rathsgut (*) abgehen, gerichtlich
zuschreiben laßen, und ich will
ich mich nun auf diesem erlangt[e]n
Grundbesitz dahier häuslich nied[er]-
laßen und verehelichen.

Meine Verlobte ist die
ledige Metzgerstochter Magd[alena]
Wissmüller aus Großhabers-
dorf, zu welcher ich in kein[er]
Bluthsfreundtschaft (**) stehe.

Ich bitte nunmehr, mir d[ie]
Erlaubniß zur häuslichen
Niederlaßung zu Weinzierlein
so wie zu meiner Verehelichung
mit Magd[alena] Wissmüller zu er-
theilen.
...

(*) = Mitgift
(**) = Blutsverwandtschaft (https://woerterbuchnetz.de/?sigle=Adelung&lemid=B03314)

Unfortunately, no date of birth is provided. According to the school certificates, Paulus seems to be 6-7 years older than Magdalena.

So, if you have ancestors living in Bavaria during the 19th century, you're kind of lucky, since the kingdom of Bavaria tried to handle poverty by initially liberal, then quite restrictive marriage laws that caused a lot of paperwork. For background see https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Bavarian_Marriage_Customs,_Laws,_and_Trends_of_Illegitimacy, and https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Bavaria_(Bayern)_Marriage_Proclamation_and_Residency_Records, as well as https://www.bayerische-staatszeitun...n/artikel/lizenz-zum-bleiben.html#topPosition

As you now know his father's name, profession and residence (Weinzierlein Nr. 20/21), you can advance your research, if you like, even before the Roßtal registers will pop up here.

Just search the so-called Brenner-Archiv (a huge collection containing excerpts of church registers covering Middle Franconia) for the respective "Eberlein". Even Paulus (and his children) are available:

Paulus Eberlein and Magdalena Wissmüller:

Paulus parents: Johann Peter and Margaretha Barbara Jordan (very very likely, for even the house number is provided, together with the birth of daughter Elisabeth)

His (probable) grandparents: Johann Adam and Dorothea Elisabetha List

His (probable) great-grandparents: Friedrich and Elisabetha Schopper

And so on...

The handwritten documents are reliable, the index generated by Familysearch (esp. in case of place of residence) not really. Just ignore the nonsense, and check (and cling to) the original documents.
