Auf der Suche nach einer Geburtsurkunde für einen Gottlieb Gess, geboren am 7. Juli 1815 in der Nähe der Lautenburg / Kolonie Brinsk. Seine Kinder wurden alle in Brinsk geboren und ich habe diese Aufzeichnungen. Ich habe auch seine Heiratsurkunde mit einer Justine Meyer am 10. Oktober 1841.

Go to www.westpreussen.de, click "Ortsverzeichnis", fill in Lautenburg and/or Kolonie Brinsk and you will find some information on the Lutheran registers.
I haven't checked yet if the records of the parish in Heinrichsdorf containing the baptismal entries of the Lautenburg area before 1817 are also available at www.archion.de.
By the way, maybe a look at the "Einwohnerdatenbank" [Database of Inhabitants] on www.westpreussen.de might be helpful.
