Döllens Ehefrau gestorben
und den 26. ej.[usdem] (=desselben Monats) mit einer
Lpr. (=Leichenpredigt) begraben worden.
Ihr Nahme war Justina
Magdalena.

Wow - Actually this is fantastic. That means she is my 6x great grandmother.
Does it seem as if Johann Christoph is still alive? Just curious, If I can assume since I have not found his burial record yet.

Yes, otherwise she would be referred to as his widow ('Wittwe' or 'Rel.⟨icta⟩'=zurückgelassene)
