Anna Margaretha Wiegand, nee Führer, died as you already know in Deicheroda
March 31, 1832
Age 40 years, 11 months and 16 days >> leading to her calculated YOB 1791

As you also already know Conrad Wiegand and Anna Margaretha, nee Führer, had a baby son, Conrad, born
March 16, 1816 in Deicheroda
baptized March 20, 1816 in Sünna

[This couple had more children, after 1816, also born in Sünna which you also already have in your family tree.]
In the church book record immediately preceding Anna Margaretha's death record in 1832 a still born daughter of Conrad Wiegand and Anna Margaretha, nee Führer, appears - being addressed as their 9th child.
The data -as briefly outlined above- given, you need to check the church registers of Sünna for the marriage of the couple "Wiegand - Führer" prior to 1816.
Their marriage record would also provide the names of the parents of groom and bride which is required in order to find their correct birth / baptism records.
And other than that I would really doubt that the father of this 1816 boy child, also named Conrad, was born as you say "in the early 1800's", right?
Instead he should be born any time in the late 18th Century!
In order to look at these church records and to access the church registers for additional research you need to buy a Passport at Archion.

BTW the 1823 born Barbara Catharina Wiegand was not born in Wenigentaft as you have it, sorry.
Instead she was born in Deicheroda as well
