The oldest church records can be found in the "Archiv der Hansestadt Lübeck" (AHL). They are NOT available in the "Archiv der Evangelisch-Lutherischen Kirche Norddeutschlands" and because of that, will probably not be provided here at Archion in the near future.
The church registers in the AHL can be viewed onsite in the archive in Lübeck. You can find a list of the available registers here:

And btw. the family name is most probably Lunau, not Lünaü. In the old German handwriting (Kurrent) the small u was written with a dash above it.
The Lübeck church registers are as well listed at Familysearch. However, it seems currently only those of the Dom are accessible with a free user account.
