The father is Bastian Seidler and it looks like some additions were made after the original entry and a further comment to a baptism in 1690 on the next page. Child added later is Georg Frantz (who is also baptised in the 1690 reference). Based on later parish records, Bastian's son born c1688 was named Wilhelm.
