Can someone summarize what is written directly above the usual birth information for Helmut Lederer.
Can anybody tell me what the mother's name is? I think maiden name is Westphal.

Written above: It says basically that Horst? Carl Christian Lederer ackknowledged paternity for Helmut Lederer because the child was illegitimate.
The mother's maiden name is Westphal.
