Another death record

I have another death record I would like transcribed.

It is the record for the burial of Chim Bartels (??) on 11.05.1615 and the father appears to recount what lead to his death.

that is definitely no death record for a "Bartels".

Name of the deceased is [Jo]chim Bars / Bers......

welcher, referente Patre, so dick am An-
gesicht Halß v. [und] Kopfe geschwollen, daß Er
daran hat sterben müßen: Er wüßte aber
nicht, ob ihn ein gifftigs Thier, ______
Deo hic permittente, gestochen, oder Aber ob
Er im leibe gift bekommen, aldieweil der
Verstorbene geklagt, es wirde v. [vor] zwei tagen
ihm treffelich weh vndt [und] Angst im Bauche.
Der Allmechtige v. Barmherzige Gott
behüte vns [uns] allesampt für allen Unglück
