"Schwerderin?" - I do not understand what this means.
Also, I can not find Wiltenberg on a map.
Perhaps Wiltenberg is also the location of his first marriage and maybe the location of the death of his first wife.

the first marriage of the lutheran Pfarrer Christian Cramer / Kramer
was 1682 in Kirn.
His wife was Margarethe Schwede. Or something like that.

It' rather difficult to read, but I understand that Johann Christian Cramer is the son of Henrich Cramer from Usingen, while Martha Schwed(erin) is the daughter of Georg Schwed from "Witteberg".
I assume "Wittenberg" could be meant ...
