Ich suche Wilhelm Har(z)(t)fel(d)(t) (Harzfeldt) geboren in Stolt(z)nau in der Hannoverschen Steppe um 1740-1780 Wer oh wer HILFT
Kann moeglich auch in Provinz Schlesien sein? Vielleicht auch im Kreis Mecklenburg-Verpommeren?

I am really sorry, but this is asking for way too much. To search any church register for a period of about 40(!) years is simply impossible. Plus you are apparently not sure from which German region the person in question is from.
Either you buy a pass in order to access the available church register here at Archion yourself, or you need to be way more precise in what you are looking for including precise data you already have for this man and/or his descendants.
Church registers for Stolzenau in Lower Saxony are online here at Archion - you're welcome to use Archion's Search menu to locate these.

"die hannoversch steppe" ist das so genannte Wendland. Stolzenau liegt im Landkreis Nienburg/Weser.
