Can someone translate the following baptize for me? I think the father is Johannes Schuck (at least i think it says Schuck), but i can't read the rest (not even the dates):

Sometimes i see the month 'Trin' or some other weird name. For example the baptize of Maria Barbara (daughter of Johannes Schuck) on 08 Trin 1687. Is this a religious day or what do they mean?
