I can't read the words where I have ??

Sophia Friederica Wegner, born Apr 7, 1781, baptized Apr 12. Father Christian Friedrich Wegner, Mother Anna Regina Stettinen.

Grandparents: 1. ?? Wegener
2. ?? ?? Johann Stettin ?? workerman Maria Elisabeth Lemoken.

Question:
The 1810 marriage record I found at FamilySearch is for Friederica Sophia Wegner father Christian Friedrich Wegner, Inn Keeper in Retztow. Is it common to switch the forenames? Friederica Sophia and Sophia Friederica. The fathers on the two records are the same.

Yes, swapping of first names happens.

Often the last of the first names was the call name.

That lead to a swapping of the names in later documents.
 
I forgot.

The word before "Arbeitsmann" (workman) is just the article "ein" (a).
