She was buried on the so-called "Cholera churchyard", an historic cemetery on which during Cholera pandemic people who died from that disease where buried "separately".

May be you'll find it on a historic city map.

Needless to say > I may be totally mistaken(!), however I don't think that this "so-called Cholera cemetery" may be identical with the Evangelical-Lutheran Cemetery located at the Oberthor Strasse in Graudenz.
