problem with using the category -help with reading-

Hello I have tried million times to use the category -help with reading- of this forum but it says ERROR always. What I do is this. When I am at the register page that I can´t read there is an option to create the "permanent link", so once I have it I just copy and paste in the category -help with reading- followed of some lines that I write....and it always says ERROR. I have tried to add the image but it shows the text -imag- instead of giving me the option of chosing an image.
I am lost.
Can someone please tell me how to do it?

just wait a few minutes and don't post twice. The first message will appear despite the error message. If you look at the "Lesehilfen" category, your post with the permalink is there.
