Some remarks:
Herr = honourable official person (in this case lieutenant),
Altsimmern = Simmern/Hunsrück (before 1700 completely destroyed by French troops, so the town was in a process of reconstruction and a new part got built, so here`s the reference to Old Simmern),
ChurPfaltz = part of the country that got reigned by the Palatine Prince Elector in Heidelberg and Mannheim,
Venningen = knights from Baden who had formed a regiment for Kurpfalz,
Jungfrau = virgin, maiden,
Hr. = Herr, N = first name not known,
Nassau = several principalities, mostly in Hassia; Nassau-Weilburg owned a part of Wöllstein (otherwise part of Kurpfalz), so the prince needed a chief tax collector and village mayor (Oberschultheiß) there to get his share,
Verlöbnüß = Verlobung, means they were formally engaged before their marriage,
Pfarrhaus, honette Versammlung = the marriage didn`t took place in the church but in the vicarage with an honourable assembly,
I think the rest should be clear,
