This is NO "northern German dialect", but Danish instead.
In case of interest it may be worth to refer to the history of this region.

no, there was nothing about the burials of Peter Schmidt, Karl Theodor Harksen or Jacob Harksen in this death entry, but I looked them up to find out about some of the Danish words.
