Who could help me to read the place name under "Widow of Leonhard Welker..." as with the note written at the end of the line?.

I would say the place name looks like Annweiler, a town close to Landau.
She died in Annweiler where her children are, but it was her wish to be buried here in Siebeldingen.

That's how I read it.

Sorry, you wanted the name under her late husbands name. It says Gerolsheim.
