I am seeking reading help with Entry 36: Johann Friedrich Heiss in 1827, Wesel. I see the names of his children at the end of the entry.

Does this indicate his wife or if he is a widow? I know he married Anna Luise Scholte (?) in 1801.

no, the wife is not mentioned nor if he was a widow.
It just says that he died 80 years old due to old age on 22nd Feb 1827, leaving behind six children: Cattarina, Friederich, Wilhelm, Susanna, Christina and Heinrich Heiss.
