I have found most of my Göth family among Ebersheim records on FamilySearch in which they we're born. I do however know atleast some of the family ended up in Harxheim, Anna Maria married Jacob Friedrich Leib on Jan 11 1846 in Harxheim, her brother Jacob is mentioned in the Baptismal Record of her son Jacob Leib in 1848 and he is mentioned as Vintner.

Hilarius Göth and Elisabetha, née Hartmann had Anna Maria, Juliana, Jacobus also known as Jacob, Petrus, Matheus, Hilarius.

I am hoping perhaps to find other marriage records, or any deaths.

I believe atleast one of her brothers may have Immigrated tot he US and they changed the name Göth to Gates.

As to be seen on FamilySearch the Ebersheim films also include Roman Catholic people residing in Harxheim.

Quoting from FamilySearch
„Parish register of baptisms, marriages and deaths, of Ebersheim. Includes Gau Bischoffsheim and Harxheim.“

Which time range did you already check yourself in the Harxheim records i. e. starting from the 1846 marriage record you already found?
 
Marriages start on image 148 and end on image 168.

And if there is no other Göth marriage other than yours within the Lutheran Harxheim church book, you know that between 1798 and 1863 the other Roman Catholic Göth family members you found in the Ebersheim index married elsewhere.
 
Didn‘t you find the bunch of Roman Catholic Goeth marriages at the Ebersheim film?

All of these Goeths may have been residents in Harxheim, but due to their religious belief only attended the church in Ebersheim.
To tell that for granted, one has to check the Ebersheim images, instead of simply relying on indexed information only.
 
I just found indexed records, i am going to try to go to the family history center where i can view the actual images on tuesday. I was hopeful maybe i was just missing them, as someone with very bad eyesight and also unable to read german it is quite difficult to find surnames, especially ones like Göth that may also appear as Goeth OR GOFF and apparently in the US as Gates.

Seiteneintrag: + gestorben 1878

Laut Familysearch haben die Eltern am 8. Februar 1855 in Ebersheim geheiratet.

Ob dies etwas mit "Ihrer" Familie Göth zu tun hat, kann ich nicht beurteilen:
