Hi, I believe this record shows first the family record for Johann Georg Matthes, can you please confirm if it says he is a baker and the name of his wife. The second page shows the family record for one of his sons, Johann xxxx Matthes, born in 1802, Can you please give me his middle name, confirm that he too was a Baker and the name of his wife. Thank you! I have another question which maybe shouldn't go here but maybe you know who can answer. In the family books for Langenburg I can find Matthes references for 4 pages: - I, 124b which I can find and II, 338, 339 and 349. Does the II refer to a second volume or just to the fact that the pages are missing? Many Thanks, Karen.
