I find this so difficult to see the difference. Does it say filiolus or filiolam?

I read it as filiolus. The little stroke over the last syllable is usually used in old German handwriting to differentiate a "u" from an "n".
 
Thanks for your input. I read somewhere here in the forum a child would be named after the first witness, so in this case that would be Philipp, but in my experience that's not always the case. I think it was more usual to write the man before the woman, even if the child was a girl and would be named after the female (second) witness.
