Johannes Maxheimer, Schmied, und A. (=Anna) Elisabeth des ?(Vorname) Hatzheimers Tochter zu Bi..enbach.

Thank you, Schmied makes sense (paten). The family name is really Hatzmann. Backer as a profession, could be (didn't come across it before), he was a soldier and with all his other seven children's baptisms it says he was a musketeer, but with this one, the last, he was 57 years old and probably retired as a soldier.
