Taufschein = baptism confirmation
One can only be confirmed when having been baptized before.
And since the place of confirmation was not equal with the place of baptism, a separate document was required to confirm the baptism.
So the note in parentheses tells date and place when such paper was produced.
It doesn’t (!!) tell when the actual baptism took place.
